Shipping & Returns (if applicable)

Shipping: We ship to the continental US only. Processing times and shipping rates are detailed on each physical item listed. 

Returns:
Physical product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Digital products are not eligible for return or refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charge and will be refunded only for the cost of the items and will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost.

You may be able to post comments, reviews, or photos ("User Content"). You are responsible for your User Content and agree not to post anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing. We have the right to remove any content posted by users.

1. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new members. During the trial period, you may access certain features of the Service free of charge. You will not be charged during the trial period.
At the end of the 7-day trial, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

2. Membership and Paid Features

Our membership includes access to exclusive paid features and content. Upon converting to a paid membership, you will be billed according to the plan selected at sign-up.
Prices and features are subject to change with notice. Your membership will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
We do not offer refunds for inactivity. If you do not use the Service but do not cancel, you will still be charged, and no refund will be issued.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date. You also agree not to share your login access with others. 

5. Changes to Terms

Membership Terms of USE

We use third-party payment processors (the “Payment Processor”) to handle all billing and payment transactions for our membership services.

1.Role of the Payment Processor
All payments you make through the platform are processed securely by a third-party Payment Processor.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable Payment Processor.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues arising from the Payment Processor's platform, including payment failures, processing errors, or unauthorized charges.

2. Payment Information

You will be required to provide valid and current payment information (e.g., credit/debit card, digital wallet) when signing up.
This information is provided directly to the Payment Processor and is not stored or accessed by The Cajun Girl, LLC, except for limited tokenized data as needed for transaction confirmation. The Payment Processor uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.

3. Authorization and Charges

By providing your payment information, you authorize the Payment Processor to charge the applicable fees for your selected membership plan, including any automatic renewals, upgrades, or add-ons. If a payment fails or is declined, your access to the Service may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

4 Disputes and Refunds

Any disputes regarding payments processed by a third party must be directed to the Payment Processor, not The Cajun Girl, LLC. We do not issue refunds for user inactivity or failure to cancel before renewal, as outlined in Section 3 of these Terms.

5 Changes

We reserve the right to change our Payment Processor at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement with the updated processor's terms.
